New Delhi, March 18 -- Thousands of homebuyers linked to the Noida Sports City projects are reportedly facing renewed uncertainty, even as the Supreme Court of India has already laid down a revival framework for stalled developments in the region.
According to sources familiar with the matter, while the Noida Authority has formally lifted the ban on the SC-02 Sports City project in Sector 150 in compliance with earlier directions, key approvals, particularly related to the layout plan are allegedly still pending.
