Hyderabad, April 29 -- Telangana Minister for Irrigation and Civil Supplies N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Wednesday dismissed rumours about shortage of petrol and diesel in the state, assuring the public that ample fuel is available to meet demand.
In a statement, he urged people not to panic or believe in false information, stating that the government has taken all necessary steps to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
A special control room has been set up to monitor fuel availability, and a toll-free number (1967) has been provided for registering complaints.
