Lucknow, Oct. 21 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid tribute to police personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty on Police Commemoration Day. Sharing a picture of the transformation in the state on 'X', he said that in the new Uttar Pradesh, no one is above the law.
