Mumbai, April 29 -- Former Vice President of Credit Suisse, Nishit Singh, has filed an affidavit before the Bombay High Court stating that he neither misused any email ID nor unlawfully shared confidential information with any third-party entity.

The affidavit was submitted through senior advocate Ashutosh Srivastava.

Singh had earlier exposed alleged irregularities and misconduct within the financial institution during his tenure. However, instead of acting on these revelations, the management terminated his services and accused him of obtaining and sharing sensitive information through unauthorized means, Adv.
