Chennai, May 18 -- The Oil Industry on Monday said assured that was no fuel shortage in Tamil Nad and Puducherry and advised the people not to indulge in panic buying.
In a statement here, V C Asokan, State Level Coordinator (SLC) for the Oil Industry in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, assured the public that adequate stocks of Petrol and Diesel are available across all Retail Outlets of Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), including IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL, in the region.
The entire fuel supply chain, spanning from Terminals and Depots up to the Retail Outlets, is functioning normally, efficiently, and without any disruption.
