Bhubaneswar, May 15 -- Amid panic buying of petrol and diesel across Odisha over the past two days, State Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Minister Krushna Chandra Patra on Friday appealed to the public not to rush to fuel stations or indulge in unnecessary stockpiling, assuring that there is no shortage of fuel in the state.
Chairing a high-level meeting with representatives of oil companies, the minister said Odisha currently has sufficient petrol and diesel reserves to meet demand for the next 13 days.
