Raipur, Aug. 6 -- Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday directed officials to ensure transparent, effective and time-bound implementation of public welfare schemes so that every eligible citizen receives the benefits of government programmes.
Chairing the first State-level review meeting of the PARAS (Project Assessment, Review and Analysis System) Portal at the Ministry, Mahanadi Bhawan, he said the platform would strengthen good governance through real-time monitoring of flagship schemes and public services.
