Vibha SharmaNew Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday questioned why there was no anti-incumbency against the ruling BJP in India, arguing that voters in democracies ordinarily turn against governments and political leaders over time.
Describing it as a "fundamental force" in India that can quickly begin to work against any government, Gandhi pointed out that anti-incumbency had affected Congress governments and regional parties but appeared to have stopped affecting the BJP.
