Patna, April 10 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary Friday congratulated Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on taking oath as a member of the Rajya Sabha, expressing confidence that his vast experience would provide a new direction to national policymaking.
In his message, Choudhary said here that Kumar has carried out historic work in Bihar in various areas including good governance, development, and social justice.
