Patna, Nov. 17 -- The Nitish Kumar Cabinet convened its final meeting on Monday morning, during which the proposal to dissolve the current Assembly is expected to be approved.

A notification for convening the cabinet meeting was issued last evening. Party sources said that Kumar is likely to submit his resignation to the Governor and stake a claim to form the next government.

Meanwhile, all JD(U) MLAs have arrived in Patna to attend the legislative party meeting, which will be chaired by Nitish Kumar. He is expected to be re-elected as the leader of the legislative party.
