Chhapra, Jan. 21 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced on Wednesday that all 20 Community Health Centres (CHCs) in Saran district would be upgraded into specialty hospitals while the Saran Sadar Hospital will be developed as a super specialty hospital.
Addressing a public interaction programme at the under construction bus stand ground in Chhapra during his Samriddhi Yatra, the Chief Minister said that significant progress has been made in strengthening educational and healthcare infrastructure in the district.
