Hyderabad, Aug. 7 -- The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), Hyderabad, has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with ten states to strengthen the project appraisal process for rural development initiatives, especially under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY).
The MoUs were formalised during a significant workshop held at the NIRDPR campus in Rajendranagar. Senior officials from Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Jammu & Kashmir, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Nagaland, Assam, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh attended the event, alongside representatives from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India.
