New Delhi, May 29 -- The National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (NIAMT), situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand, is fast emerging as a cornerstone of India's ambition to become a global manufacturing superpower.
Established in 1966 and functioning as a Centrally Funded Deemed-to-be University under the Ministry of Education, the institute - widely known by its former name NIFFT - has spent nearly six decades empowering young talent from Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, and across the eastern states.
