Jaipur, 21 April: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has initiated a probe into the fire that broke out in the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery (HRRL) in Pachpadra-Balotra, a day before Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit for the inauguration of this newly built plant on Tuesday.A team of NIA officials landed in Pachpadra by a helicopter at the helipad in the vicinity of the refinery on Tuesday afternoon and rushed to the incident site at the CDU unit of the plant.
