Jammu, Sept. 12 -- - Securing a second non-bailable warrant (NBW) against India's most-wanted terrorist and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) founder Hafiz Saeed, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) told a Special Court in Jammu that he is in Pakistan.

The non-bailable warrant was secured within two months in connection with a terror case related to the supply of weapons, funds and directions to terror groups operating in the union Territory.

As per the order, the court was hearing an application filed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) seeking a non-bailable warrant against LeT founder and designated terrorist Hafiz Saeed under Section 75 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
