Mumbai , April 22 -- A Special NIA Court here has rejected the bail application of Iqbal Ibrahim Khan, an accused in the Popular Front of India (PFI) conspiracy case, citing digital evidence placed on record by the National Investigation Agency.
The court observed that there were reasonable grounds to believe the accusations against the accused were prima facie true and that the allegations were serious in nature.
