New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) today said that it has issued notices to the Haryana Chief Secretary, and Chairman of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), seeking a detailed report within two weeks in the matter pertaining to the alleged difficulties faced by patients at the super speciality ESIC hospital in Faridabad due to a shortage of doctors and inadequate infrastructure.

It had taken suo motu cognisance of media reports highlighting the status of the infrastructure at the hospital.
