New Delhi/Shimla, Feb. 8 -- The National Green Tribunal (NGT), Principal Bench, New Delhi, has directed remedial action and improvement of the green belt in connection with a stone crusher operating in Himachal Pradesh, while hearing Original Application (No. 599/2025) Netar Singh and Others versus State of Himachal Pradesh and Others.
In a press release issue today, spokesperson of NGT informed that on Friday this matter was taken up by a Bench comprising Justice Arun Kumar Tyagi, Judicial Member, and Dr. Afroz Ahmad, Expert Member.
