Chennai, June 18 -- Declaring the government's commitment to continue archaeological research in several sites and strive to get UNESCO World Heritage recognition for Keezhadi and Adichanallur sites, Tami Nadu Governor R V Arlekar announced in the State Assembly on Thursday that a comprehensive 'Sustainable Tourism Policy' will be framed to preserve the State's natural resources and ecological balance and transform TN into a global destination for heritage and eco-tourism.
