Itanagar, July 9 -- The newly appointed Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University, Dr Shivaraj, called on Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik at Lok Bhavan here on Thursday, shortly after assuming charge of the premier institution.
The Governor, who is also the Chief Rector of the university, welcomed Dr Shivaraj and conveyed his best wishes for a successful tenure. He expressed confidence that under the new leadership, the university would further strengthen its standing as a centre of excellence in higher education, innovation and knowledge creation.
