Chennai, Oct. 23 -- A fresh Low Pressure Area is all set to form overthe Bay tomorrow,which will intensify into a Well Marked system, even as the Met office has forecast heavyrains for the next 6-7 days in several districts, including Chennai and its adjoining districts.
This will be the third system that will be emerging tomorrow in the last 5-6 days.
In an update late tonight, Met Office said the Depression over southeast Arabian Seamoved slowly north-northeastwards with a speed of 30 kmph during past 6 hours andlay centered at 1730 hrs today, over the same region, about 360 km west of Aminidivi(Lakshadweep), 630 km west-southwest of Mangalore (Karnataka) and 690 kmsouthwest of Panjim (Goa).
