Panchkula, Sept. 8 -- In a move aimed at strengthening action against corruption, ensuring prompt redressal of complaints and further reinforcing transparent and accountable administration, a new unit of the State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (SV & ACB) was formally inaugurated in Hansi.
The new unit was inaugurated by the Director General of Police, State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Dr Arshinder Singh Chawla, IPS, who unveiled the inaugural plaque.
On his arrival in Hansi on Monday, Dr Chawla was accorded a Guard of Honour by the Hansi Police. Police officers and personnel presented a ceremonial salute to the DGP.
