Bengaluru, July 9 -- Positioning itself as an affordable alternative to expensive private hospitals, the newly launched ARC Cancer Centre on Thursday announced that it would offer cancer treatment at 30-40 per cent lower cost than corporate hospitals, while providing comprehensive oncology services under one roof to improve treatment completion and patient survival.

Addressing a press conference, ARC Cancer Hospital Founder and Chairman Dr Dinesh Mavinahalli Gangaiah said one of the biggest challenges in cancer care is that patients often discontinue treatment midway because of escalating costs and the need to travel between multiple hospitals for different therapies.
