Chennai, Sept. 2 -- The Madras High Court on Wednesday directed the Centre and the Tamil Nadu governments to file a detailed report on the steps taken to rescue the pilgrims from the State, including Retired Judge T.S.Sivagnanam, who went missing in theAugust 26 flash floods in Nepal.

The case relates to 57 people from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry who travelled to Nepal from Kumbakonam on August 23 through a tour operator, when they were caught in the sudden floods and landslides. Among those reported missing was retired Madras High Court Judge T.S.Sivagnanam.
