Chhapra, Sept. 13 -- Neeraj Kumar Singh, a resident of Pakri Narottam village under Panapur police station in Saran district, has begun his PhD research in Educational Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in the United States after securing a full scholarship worth around Rs 2.6 crore.

Singh commenced work on his doctoral dissertation at the university's Lowell campus on August 24, this year. He is reportedly the only student selected from India for the 2026 cohort of the programme, which has a total of 60 doctoral researchers.
