Kangra, Sept. 11 -- The 14th Battalion of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) organised a disaster management and institutional safety awareness camp at Government Polytechnic here on Friday.
NDRF inspectors Deepak Singh and Rajendra Singh briefed trainees and students on disaster preparedness, emergency response measures and safety precautions to be followed during various disasters and emergencies.
The team stressed the importance of preparedness, awareness and timely action in minimising risks during disasters and urged students to remain alert and follow proper safety procedures.
