Sasaram, Nov. 11 -- As voting progressed in the second phase of the Bihar Assembly elections on Tuesday, Rashtriya Lok Morcha Chief Upendra Kushwaha expressed confidence that the results would favour the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
"There is tremendous enthusiasm among the voters," Kushwaha said, adding that "female voters are casting their votes happily and enthusiastically."According to the Election Commission, Bihar recorded a voter turnout of 47.62% till 1 PM across 122 constituencies where polling is underway under tight security.
Polling will continue till evening amid heightened security arrangements.
