Mumbai, June 16 -- The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), led by the Ajit Pawar faction, has initiated a major organizational reshuffle to strengthen its grassroots presence ahead of the upcoming assembly elections.
Top party leaders, including Chhagan Bhujbal, Praful Patel, and State President Sunil Tatkare, along with Parth Pawar and Sunetra Pawar, met at the official residence, Devgiri, in Mumbai late Monday night to finalize the restructuring.
The meeting focused on filling long-pending vacancies and recalibrating the party's strategy to enhance its appeal among youth and women voters.
