NC calls PDP, PC, Apni Party as BJP's 'A, B and C teams'

Srinagar, July 23 -- Accusing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peoples Conference (PC) and Apni Party of acting as the BJP's "A, B and C teams", the National Conference (NC) on Thursday alleged that these parties which had facilitated the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A, are now trying to rewrite history.

Making this allegation at a special meeting at the party headquarters, NC General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar said it was the PDP's opportunistic alliance with the BJP in 2015 that opened the floodgates for the saffron party's political expansion in Jammu and Kashmir, ultimately culminating in the unconstitutional abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A.
