New Delhi, Feb. 16 -- Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi on Monday said the Indian Navy has maintained an intense operational tempo over the past year, with its units remaining mission-deployed across the Indo-Pacific and beyond.

Highlighting the force's sustained maritime presence, he noted that naval platforms clocked nearly 11,000 ship days at sea and over 50,000 flying hours, underscoring India's expanding reach and commitment to safeguarding national interests across critical sea lanes.
