Bhubaneswar, July 22 -- Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President Naveen Patnaik has advised party leaders to make effective use of digital media and social networking platforms to strengthen the organisation and take the party's programmes and messages to the grassroots level.
Patnaik held a meeting with BJD district presidents and working presidents after returning from Delhi and reviewed the party's organisational activities, preparations for the upcoming Panchayat elections, and the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Odisha.
