Jammu, April 19 -- Advocating for regular mock drills, awareness programmes and capacity-building initiatives to enhance coordination and response efficiency during emergencies, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Civil Defence and SDRF Anita Sharma Sunday stressed the critical importance of maintaining a high degree of preparedness at all times, particularly in view of the increasing frequency of natural and man-made disasters.
