New Delhi, Sept. 22 -- The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has asked top government functionaries, including the Cabinet Secretary, union ministry secretaries and Chief Secretaries of union Territories, besides heads of public sector organisations, to spearhead a nationwide vigilance and anti-corruption awareness campaign as part of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026 from October 26 to November 1.
In a circular issued on September 18, the Commission said the week would be observed under the theme "Probity for Prosperity" and would begin with public servants taking an integrity pledge at 11 a.m. on October 26.
