Dharamshala, April 3 -- District and Sessions Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, Chirag Bhanu Singh, informed that a National Lok Adalat will be organized on May 9, 2026, in all district and subordinate courts across Himachal Pradesh.
He said that the Lok Adalat will be held under the directions of the National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi, and the Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Shimla.
He said that a wide range of cases will be taken up for settlement, including bank-related disputes, labour cases, electricity and water bill disputes, matrimonial matters, cheque bounce cases, pre-litigation matters, and pending court cases.
