Kolkata, July 18 -- Multiple police teams are engaged in a massive search operation to trace a teenage national-level shooter who has gone missing since leaving her home in neighbouring Howrah, sources said on Friday.
Damayanti Sen, 15, left her central Howrah home on Thursday morning to buy some groceries, but has gone missing since then.
Her father filed a missing diary last night at Howrah police station and met Howrah Police Commissioner Akhilesh Chaturvedi during the day.
Later, he also went to the Missing Persons Bureau in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Police sources said the teenager was last sighted in Howrah station on platform numbers 4 and 5.
