Panchkula, June 20 -- In a unique initiative to promote healthy eating habits and Ayurveda-based nutrition among young people, the National Ayurveda Institute (NAI), Panchkula, organised a Sattvic Diet Platter Competition ahead of International Yoga Day, encouraging students to move away from fast food and embrace traditional Indian dietary practices.

The event, held under the aegis of the Ministry of AYUSH, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and institute staff, who prepared a variety of nutritious dishes based on Ayurvedic principles using ingredients commonly found in Indian households.
