Aichi-Nagoya, Sept. 29 -- Three medals, a slice of history and yet no satisfaction - Gulveer Singh's Asian Games campaign ended on Tuesday with the Indian distance runner admitting that his biggest disappointment was not hearing the national anthem from the top step of the podium.
Gulveer completed a memorable medal hat-trick by winning bronze in the men's 5,000m, clocking 13:32.75, after earlier claiming silver in the 10,000m and 1,500m.
But the 28-year-old Army athlete was blunt about what he felt was missing from an otherwise extraordinary campaign.
