Dharmasthala, Sept. 1 -- The Dharmasthala Chalo rally today turned into a platform for sharp political and spiritual criticism, with Legislative Council LoP Chalavadi Narayanaswamy accusing the Karnataka government of "colluding" with impostor gangs and Leftists to defame the sacred shrine of Dharmasthala and dishonour Lord Manjunatha.
"This is not a true government of the people; it has become nothing but a government of impostors. By aligning with such elements, the Congress regime has sullied Dharma, tarnished Dharmasthala and insulted Manjunatha himself. No Hindu activist will forgive you," Narayanaswamy declared to a massive gathering of devotees, amid chants of Har Har Mahadev and Jai Sri Ram.
