Chandigarh, March 31 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday announced a series of major development initiatives for Nangal, including the construction of North India's first glass bridge over the Nangal lake, as part of projects worth Rs 75 crore, aimed at boosting infrastructure, tourism, and skill development in the region.

Addressing a gathering, the Chief Minister said the initiatives mark a decisive step towards transforming Nangal into a hub of modern infrastructure and employment-oriented training.
