Bhubaneswar, Nov. 3 -- National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has reported its best-ever financial performance for the first half of FY 2026-27, with net profit (PAT) rising 54 per cent to Rs 3,837 crore against Rs 2,490 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The Navratna PSU's total income surged 33 per cent to Rs 11,143 crore from Rs 8,374 crore, while EBITDA grew 50 pc to Rs 5,539 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose 55pc to Rs 5,160 crore.
For the second quarter ended September 2026, NALCO posted a 28pc increase in net profit to Rs 1,835 crore against Rs 1,433 crore in the year-ago period. Total income from operations grew 26pc to Rs 5,419 crore from Rs 4,292 crore.
