Vijayawada, June 13 -- : Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has directed the officials to give top priority to the restoration and development of chain-linked tanks under the ongoing 'Jaldhara-Jalaharathi' programme.
He also instructed officials to complete the ongoing Jaldhara works by the end of this month.
The Chief Minister reviewed the progress of Jaldhara-Jalaharathi works through a video conference from the CM's Camp Office here on Saturday. The Chief Minister directed the officials to ensure optimum utilization of funds available under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) and cautioned officials against any laxity in fund utilization.
