Nagpur, Sept. 4 -- : A 38-year-old woman succumbed to injuries during treatment after she was allegedly beaten by her husband following a domestic dispute over her attendance at a dance class in Nagpur's Mankapur area, police said on Friday.
The deceased, identified as Yamini Krishna Lal Yadav, a resident of Govind City in Zingabai Takli, was admitted to a private hospital after complaining of severe pain in her neck and abdomen. She later died while undergoing treatment.
According to police, the incident occurred after an argument broke out between Yamini and her husband, Krishna Lal Yadav (41), over household work and her decision to attend a dance class.
