Nagpur, Oct. 27 -- Thousands of devotees thronged Ambazari Lake today to celebrate Chhath Puja with deep religious fervour and devotion.
The festival, dedicated to worshipping the Sun God and Chhathi Maiyya, witnessed devotees offering Arghya to the setting sun amid chants and hymns that filled the air with spiritual energy. Women, dressed in traditional attire, observed rigorous fasts and performed rituals while standing in waist-deep water, praying for the well-being and prosperity of their families.
