Bengaluru, Sept. 7 -- Former Karnataka Minister B Nagendra appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) here on Monday for questioning in the alleged Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation scam, as the agency steps up its probe into the money trail and financial transactions linked to the case.
Nagendra appeared at the ED's Jalahalli office in response to a summons issued by the agency. His questioning assumes significance as the ED examines financial transactions, bank accounts and other evidence gathered during its investigation and considers filing a supplementary chargesheet.
