Dimapur, June 8 -- The food safety wing of the Nagaland Health & Family Welfare department, in collaboration with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India and Eat Right India, observed the 8th World Food Safety Day 2026 here today by conducting a hands-on training session on food safety measures for hoteliers and stakeholders.

Held under the theme "From Burden to Solutions-Safe Food Everywhere", the food technicians provided practical demonstrations and awareness on clean hands, food adulteration, and food contamination during the programme.
