Mumbai, June 30 -- N.A.N. GreenMet Pvt. Ltd. and Enaex S.A. have signed a strategic joint venture agreement to develop an India-focused explosives and precision blasting solutions business aimed at supporting the country's expanding infrastructure, mining, and industrial development.
The partnership combines N.A.N. GreenMet's India market expertise with Enaex's global blasting technologies, operational systems, and safety standards. Enaex, a subsidiary of the Sigdo Koppers Group, operates across more than 40 countries and brings over a century of experience in rock fragmentation and mining services.
