Bulandshahr, Feb. 15 -- The body of a missing village head was found under suspicious circumstances in Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr district. According to police, 66-year-old village head Prahlad Singh, a resident of Samsapur village under the Chhatari police station area, had been missing for nine days.
His body was discovered on Sunday in a deserted vacant plot in Chitson village under the Salempur police station limits.
The condition of the body left both the family members and the police stunned. One eye was missing and the big toe of his right foot was severed.
