New Delhi, Oct. 1 -- union Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs Dr L. Murugan on Thursday participated in a series of activities under the 'Swachhata Hi Seva' campaign at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) here, calling upon students, officials and citizens to contribute to cleanliness initiatives in institutions and public spaces.
The programme began with the administration of the Swachhata pledge, in which faculty members, officers, staff, students and Indian Information Service trainees participated.
