Shimla, Aug. 27 -- The Himachal Pradesh Assembly today witnessed concern over the tragic case of a woman's murder and the disappearance of her four-year-old daughter.
Replying to this matter raised by MLA Anuradha Rana in the assembly, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri informed the House that police suspect the involvement of a man from Jammu and Kashmir in the case.
According to the report tabled in the Assembly, an FIR (No. 26/25) was registered on August 16 at Udaipur Police Station, Lahaul-Spiti, regarding the missing of a 4-year-old girl.
The complaint was lodged by Ram Singh of Madgran village, who stated that his wife Sapna Kumari (28) and their young daughter had travelled to Kullu for treatment.
