Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- Mumbai Police on Friday informed the special court hearing the 26/11 terror attack case that the process of serving proclamation orders on six absconding accused residing in Pakistan was underway, but required additional time for completion.
Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told the court that the proclamation order issued on June 30 had been forwarded to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), which acknowledged its receipt on August 3. The order is expected to be subsequently forwarded to Interpol for service on the accused.
